As your Work Wellness Coach, my main interest is you and to support you in your employment through coaching, resource navigation, and advocacy so that you continue to be successful and focus on what matters most to you. I can help you set new goals, learn new skills, connect to community resources like childcare assistance, public benefits, transportation, and a lot more. In addition, this program is completely confidential, and we can meet one-on-one in a private setting. This means that your information stays with me and is not shared with your employer.

It is my pleasure to serve you, and I am looking forward to speaking with you. I am available as early as TODAY by phone, text, email, and even social media!
