Schedule a meeting with your Work Wellness Coach today!

As your Work Wellness Coach, their main interest is you and to support you in your employment through coaching, resource navigation, and advocacy so that you continue to be successful and focus on what matters most to you. Luis or Susan can help you set new goals, learn new skills, connect to community resources like childcare assistance, public benefits, transportation, and a lot more. In addition, this program is completely confidential, and we can meet one-on-one in a private setting. This means that your information stays with the Coach and is not shared with your employer.

It is our pleasure to serve you, and we am looking forward to speaking with you. We are available as early as TODAY by phone, text, email, and even social media!

This one-on-one service is free of cost to all participating ERN employees. Connect with us today!

“Luis is wonderful to work with. Our employees have had excellent feedback. They appreciate the coaching and tools provided to assist them in meeting their goals. Luis is not only a great resource to the employees but relieves the pressure of needing to be the content experts relative to the breadth and depth of community resources. We know we are putting our employees in trusted hands when working with Luis. Our employees have a peace of mind knowing their concerns or private matters will remain confidential from any other employee in the organization, including Human Resources. “
