Meet Alissa Fisher! She serves as the RISE Program Coordinator for the Erie County Economic Development Corporation/Norwalk Economic Development Corporation. The RISE Program invites you to work with business advisors who help you wrap sound business practices around great business ideas. Through one-on-one advising, networking, and technical assistance, our RISE advisors become an extension of your small business’ team.
